Viennese Coffee

Viennese Coffee is hot spiced coffee, serves as a perfect treat when entraining. A morning without coffee is like sleep.



Preparation Time: 5 mins.
Serves - 2 

Ingredients

1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 cloves (laung / lavang)
2 pinches cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1 cup water

Method  
1. Combine all the ingredients for the coffee together and bring the mixture to a boil.  
2. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to stand covered for about 5 minutes, in order to   infuse the flavours.  
3. Strain and pour into 2 cups and serve immediately top with whipped cream. Garnish with     cinnamon powder.
