Corn Banana Pakoras

Awaken your senses with this great combination of Crispy corn and Raw Bananas. Pakoras is the ongoing season and yummy to eat and tempting for special monsoon.




Ingredients

1. 250 g Corn Kernels
2. 4 raw Banans
3. 2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
4. 2tsp peanut powder
5.  2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
6. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
7. 2 tsp lemon juice
8. 1 tsp sugar
9.  Salt to taste  
 
10. Oil to deep fry


Method

1. Boil corn kernels with a pinch of salt, strain and transfer it to a big bowl.

2. Boil raw bananas, peel off the skin and smash it. Now add, green chilli paste, peanut powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, sugar, salt and coriander leaves to the corn kernels and mix well.


3. If the mixture gets watery, add poha as required to bind it hard.


4. Make oval shape balls.


5. In a wok (kadhai), heat oil and drop spoonful of corn mixture and fry till golden brown.


6. Remove from oil, drain the excess oil and serve.
