5 Green Foods with healing powers

Food plays a significant role in our life. Yet, though humans are famous for eating practically anything and everything in the food chain, care should be taken to make the right choices. That means eating food that is rich in vitamins and other nutrients – and this shouldn’t be guess work. Why not include some of the green foods below, which have extraordinary healing powers? 





1. Kale

Kale is a highly nutritious vegetable that has the strength to support our body’s detoxification system. It not only lowers the risk of contracting cancer, but is also very helpful in lowering cholesterol levels. This great vegetable is also a good source of dietary fiber and comes with the benefit of containing vitamins (A, C, K, B6), copper, calcium, manganese and potassium. 2. Cherries

4. Guavas
